How long is the contract?
A 12-month annual contract with three payment options: monthly, two instalments or one payment.
Is there a refundable deposit?
Yes, SAR 1,000 separate from rent, refunded under the contract after inspection and settlement.
How are contract and payment handled?
Through a documented Ejar contract, paid via SADAD using the issued invoice. This site takes no payments.
Is the workspace a separate office?
No. The work area is inside the unit itself, not a separately rented coworking office.
Can I view the space?
